Tour Booking Conditions

• 1. To apply, please contact the official travel agency at the latest 2 days prior to the tour date.
• 2. For DMZ tour, all travelers must bring passport on the tour date.
• 3. Payment can be made to a tour guide either by cash or card on the tour date.
• 4. Tours are subject to change or cancel if the number of participants fails to reach the set minimum.
• 5. Since the DMZ is operated by the military, the trip may be cancelled or changed without prior notice.
• 6. In case of cancellation, the travel agency will contact individually.
• 7. Any request for change/cancellation should be made by e-mail at support@iloveseoultour.com or call +82-(0)2-730-1090.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

• 1. Cancellation 1 day before the scheduled date: 50% penalty of the tour cost.
• 2. Cancellation on the day of the tour: 100% penalty of the tour cost.
